1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects our customers, our team and the platforms we work with. It applies to everyone using TeamMedia Agency and any TeamMedia service, and is part of the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

• Illegal content of any kind, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Content infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• Harassment, hate speech, or exploitation — including in game overlays, chat prompts or campaign copy you ask us to run.
• Deceptive content: impersonation, fake giveaways, misleading earnings claims.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Artificial engagement: purchased viewers, view-botting, gift-recycling schemes or any manipulation of platform metrics.
• Fraud against viewers, including rigged games or undisclosed odds where disclosure is required.
• Circumventing platform enforcement (ban evasion, restricted-account laundering).
• Reselling, sublicensing or sharing licensed tools outside your organization without written permission.
• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems without authorization under our Security Policy's responsible-disclosure terms.
• Spam: bulk unsolicited messages through any feature of the Services.

4. Platform rules

You must comply with the terms and community guidelines of every platform you use the Services with — including TikTok's Terms of Service and Live policies. We will not assist with, and will terminate engagements built on, violating those rules.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in a warning, feature restriction, suspension or immediate termination, depending on severity, with refunds handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy (no refund for services terminated for material AUP breach). Where the law requires it, we report illegal activity to authorities.

6. Reporting

Report abuse of our Services to [email protected]. Reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours on business days.
