1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how TeamMedia LLC ("TeamMedia", "we") processes personal data when you use TeamMedia Agency at agency.teammedia.agency and related services. We are the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Contact requests: name, phone number or messenger handle, request subject, preferred language, and the time of submission.
• Order requests: the item requested, your name, TikTok username, contact channel and any note you include.
• Communication data: messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok or e-mail (processed by those platforms under their own policies).
• Technical data: IP address and user-agent, processed transiently for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention) and in server logs.
• Analytics data: page views and interaction events — only if you consent to analytics cookies, and only through the tools listed in the Cookie Policy.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect payment-card details on this website (payments are arranged via invoice or a PCI-compliant payment provider), we do not run behavioral advertising on our own initiative, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• Answering your contact or order request — performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Delivering and invoicing engaged services — contract performance and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b), (c)).
• Security, abuse prevention and logging — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Analytics and marketing measurement — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time via the cookie banner.

5. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with processors that help us run the Services, under data-processing agreements: Vercel Inc. (hosting, CDN, log processing), Supabase Inc. (database hosting), and — only when you consent — the analytics providers listed in the Cookie Policy. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

6. International transfers

Our processors may store data in the EU and the United States. Where data leaves your jurisdiction, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses maintained by the processor. Details are available on request.

7. Retention

• Contact requests: up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
• Order and billing records: retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Analytics data: per the retention configured in the respective tool (see Cookie Policy), typically 2–14 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR), you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent you can withdraw it at any time with future effect. Write to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. California notice (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Services. California residents may exercise access, deletion and correction rights via [email protected] without discrimination for doing so.

10. Children

The Services are directed to adults and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child provided us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures described in our Security Policy: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at our providers, least-privilege access, rate limiting and input validation. No method is 100% secure, but we treat protection of your data as an engineering requirement, not a legal footnote.
